We are looking for an IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a growing team in Malta. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT audit, technology risk, information security, or compliance who wants to develop further within a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits and technology risk assessments.
- Review IT controls, processes, and systems and identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Assist with compliance and information security projects.
- Prepare clear audit findings, recommendations, and reports.
- Follow up on agreed actions and remediation plans.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders on different audit and advisory projects.
Requirements
- Around 3+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, information security, compliance, or a similar area.
- Good understanding of IT controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.
- Exposure to frameworks or standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, or similar would be beneficial.
- CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or another relevant certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good analytical and report-writing skills.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
